Delivery Indemnity

We are a kerb side delivery service. The delivery driver will not be able to unpack your pallet or take your pallet away. That is your responsibility. We do not offer a HIAB service.

Whilst our drivers are instructed not to take their vehicle off the roadway to make deliveries, our drivers will also make every effort to meet your reasonable requirements. If you require the driver to leave the roadway and come onto your property to make the delivery then, and if the driver agrees, it will be at your risk.

Any damage to our vehicle howsoever caused will be chargeable to yourself and any damage to your property howsoever caused shall be and shall remain your responsibility. This indemnity form must be signed before the driver leaves the roadway.
