Delivery Indemnity

WE ARE A KERBSIDE DELIVERY SERVICE.

The delivery driver will remove the pallet from the truck but will not be able to unpack your pallet or take your pallet away. That is your responsibility.

Whilst our drivers are instructed not to take their vehicle off the public highway to make deliveries, our drivers will also make every effort to meet your reasonable requirements.

If you require the driver to leave the public highway and come onto your property in a lorry or a forklift truck to make the delivery then, it is at the driver’s discretion, they will decide if it is safe to do so. The driver’s decision is final.

Any damage to your property howsoever caused by your request for the driver to come onto your property in a lorry or forklift truck shall be and shall remain your responsibility and it will be at your risk- we do not accept any liability.

This indemnity form must be signed by the home or property owner. If the form is not signed and returned the day before delivery, then the delivery will be kerbside only. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
