Experienced Landscaper
Help create exceptional outdoor spaces across the Midlands through turf laying, planting, paving, ground preparation and general landscape construction.
The opportunity
About this role
Following continued growth, TurfWorld is expanding its landscaping services across the Midlands. We are looking for experienced landscapers who can deliver excellent outdoor spaces for domestic and commercial customers.
This is a varied, practical role working at different sites. It requires dependable workmanship, strong attention to detail and confidence completing projects safely in changing outdoor conditions.
Day to day
Key responsibilities
- Lay turf and complete shrub planting, hedge cutting and garden maintenance.
- Prepare and level ground for turf, planting and border work.
- Lay paving, slabs, gravel and associated landscape materials.
- Operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite.
- Follow project plans and work closely with the team to maintain high standards.
- Travel to customer and project sites across the Midlands.
What you bring
Experience and requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping, turf laying and grounds maintenance.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to work shifts of up to ten hours in varied weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
