Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order or reschedule the delivery, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery date. If your request is outside of our working hours (e.g. over the weekend), please send an email to sales@turfworld.co.uk and we’ll process it as soon as possible.

Cancellations made within this timeframe will be refunded minus a 2% transaction fee.

Refunds

• No refunds are offered once the 72-hour notice period has passed or after the goods have been delivered.
• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for surplus turf or if too many bulk bags have been ordered. Customers are responsible for its appropriate disposal.

Bulk Bag Returns

If you have unused bulk bag products that you wish to return:

• The items must be in unused, original condition.
• A collection fee will apply, which must be paid upfront.
