To ensure that the government guidelines of distancing and sanitation are adhered to, we have put the following measures in place:

• Our drivers will keep a safe distance (over 2 metres) from you when making deliveries and we ask that you also keep a safe distance from our drivers;
• Deliveries will be placed on your drive or at the kerbside;
• Our delivery drivers are only driving their own vehicles;
• Lorry cabins are being wiped down regularly e.g. door handles; steering wheels; gear sticks;
• No cash payments will be allowed, but card payments will be taken over the phone for customers without a credit account, or card payments are taken directly via the website.
