Delivery & Collections

Orders placed online will automatically be assigned to a suitable delivery method either internal transport or third party courier service. It is at the companies discretion to decide which is the most suitable delivery method. All deliveries are kerbside only, we do not offer a Hiab service.

When our own vehicles are being used for the delivery, we do have forklift trucks fitted to our vehicles for the purpose of unloading.

IMPORTANT

Upon placing the order we need to know if any of the following access restrictions or obstructions listed below apply to the delivery address, ensure this is added into the delivery notes section on the order

  • is near height and weight restrictions
  • is on a narrow road;
  • is usually hindered by parked cars;
  • is only accessible via a route with a weak bridge;
  • driveway is on a slope
  • has a gravel driveway or surface
  • has double red or yellow lines
  • has no path/kerbside outside;
  • is close to a school where delivery access will be hindered by school-related traffic; in which case deliveries will be made to avoid school opening and closing times.

If you are unsure whether delivery will be possible to your location, please contact the office on 01902 784866 prior to making your order online.
